Our company operates an approximately 3,000-square-meter independent production facility and implements a standardized 5S production management system. Supported by Linyi’s well-developed logistics network, we continuously improve production efficiency, order fulfillment, and customer service capabilities.

We place strong emphasis on manufacturing processes, quality management, and product safety. Our facility is equipped with high-speed computerized sewing machines, high-precision CNC cutting equipment, and a range of professional inspection instruments. A dedicated finished-product inspection area is also in place. Our testing equipment is calibrated by qualified third-party organizations to help ensure the accuracy and reliability of product inspections.

To maintain consistent quality, we have established comprehensive management procedures covering first-article inspection, product inspection standards, production work instructions, equipment maintenance, broken-needle control, pest control, and warehouse temperature and humidity management. Regular employee skills training and quality review meetings are also conducted. From raw material processing and manufacturing to final inspection, each stage is managed according to standardized procedures to continuously improve product quality and production stability.

We provide flexible OEM and ODM services to meet the diverse needs of our customers. Products can be developed and manufactured according to customer drawings or samples, while existing products can also be customized in terms of logo, color, packaging, and other specifications. In addition, we maintain a structured customer feedback and complaint-handling process. When product or quality issues arise, our team promptly analyzes the cause, provides appropriate solutions, and works closely with customers on continuous product improvement and development.
